Thankfully, Blizzard has made this quest intelligent. If you bought and sold before accepting it, it will auto-complete.
Is it me, or do the Expedition team not realize that there is a perfectly defensible Ogre tower with a roof overhead just spitting distance from their camp? They could have simply set up their base in that tower instead of wasting time building a lean-to.
