Here is what I did:
1. Portal to the Hinterlands
2. Western Plaguelands 67,22
3. Enter Terrorweb Cave. The clustered spawn of critters in this cave made it take less than a minute from the first kill to the last planted.
Terrorweb Tunnel also used to be a hot spot for players farming critter kills for Critter Kill Squad. <-Additional helpful tactics!

As of Beta build 21737, you can use any corpse. Low level, other player's kills, doesn't matter. I simply took the portal to Hinterlands, ran through the first few rooms of Scholomance and had it done within a few minutes.
You can also use the Dream Seeds on critters. Just don't tell Mylune.

Description
Yay! The grove is regenerating nicely. Our flower friends thank you for helping them. We were able to save most of the grove, but sadly, many living souls were lost as well. Brightwing is so sad! But you can help! Take this bag of Dream Seeds. Plant them onto fresh corpses, and in time, new flowers will grow! Death is beautiful, and from death comes rebirth. This is the cycle that must continue!

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Eye of Azshara: Cleansing the Dreamway
Brightwing has lots of friends. I like friends! But you know who isn't Brightwing's friend? Scary monsters from the nightmare! They hurt Brightwing's allies, and they made the grove all yucky! This place needs to be cleansed, but I'm all out of magic.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Pendant of Starlight
To finish my work here, I will need a magical item called the Pendant of Starlight. For centuries, the Archdruids of the Dreamgrove passed the pendant down from one guardian to the next. But one day, a naga siren used deception to take it! This pendant stores a great amount of arcane power...
