Kira Iresoul: Let me inspect, and I can discover its weaknesses... Oh, it appears to be immune to magic and regular physical attacks. I suggest fighting them with something that will exploit their weakness.
Thanks a lot, lady, that was really helpful. As a master demonologist, you were supposed to pinpoint those weaknesses. That's why we came to you in the first place, you know. Instead, you tell us: Oh they are immune to everything so I suggest to exploit their weakness. Bai, have fun!"
As a side note, I really don't get it why Khadgar has tasked the Unseen Path with this felhound business when demon hunters or even warlocks are much better suited for for this sort of task. Now I do realize that hunters should have something to do in their campaign, but this whole story hardly makes any sense for them.
Got stuck trying to finish Orderhall quests. This was of tremendous help getting me back on track.

Description
By nature, this demon is immune to magic, but it has also been bred to be resistant to physical attacks. It's covered in scales unlike anything I've ever seen; layered and thick. I doubt that most metals will be able to pierce the demon's armor-like hide. Unless your entire army has weapons like yours, I suggest fighting those beasts with something that will exploit their weakness.

- To Tame the Beast
Deep in the heart of Faronaar are dens that are overrun with felhounds. If Hakkar is breeding those beasts, that is the place he would do it. The bait I've crafted is potent. Once you apply it, you'll draw the attention of nearby hounds, so only use it when you're close to the dens.
