This quest has a major problem.
There's something (don't know what) that Alliance only seems to farm here pretty much non-stop. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to finish this quest. Every minute of every day, there are 2-3 people with AOE spells going non-stop so they can auto-tag every cultist the fetishes drop from.
Good luck fighting for these drops.
[item=152461] drops from [npc=126153]s, so you have to hunt some for.
Go down the stairs and them down another ones, mobs you need are all over there.
