recently fraction changed, dinged lvl 90 as alliance, doing this now as horde. Questline seems to be bugged because when i got to the jade statue it was already destroyed wich should not happen. This is prob a result of my fraction change. Anyone else having this problem?
This is the exact problem I am having. I faction changed from Horde to Alliance, but am having to re-do a bunch of Jade Forest; and when I get to the statue, it is destroyed (I had done the questline as Horde). I'm unable to turn in the quest, no NPCs are around.

Description
You've done great here, kid. Thanks to you, we have quite a bit of extra jade, and I know just the someone who could use it. My friend Foreman Raike is running the great statue project at the Serpent's Heart. Bring a shipment of extra jade to him, and tell him his old friend Mann says hello. He'll be eagerly waiting your arrival.
