A New Dawn

A New Dawn is an Alliance-only quest for level 30-60 in Stormsong Valley. It is step 43 of 43 in the A House in Peril storyline, the final step. The quest's turn-in marker is in Tiragarde Sound at 73.8, 25.1. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 1,000 experience and money.

Description

House Stormsong may be lost, but this valley still holds so much hope.

Sam knew that from the beginning.

We have to continue to help the Storm's Wake in any way we can. There are still remnants of the fallen house everywhere, and whoever turned them to this darkness is out there as well.

Cyrus and the others will want to hear about everything that happened. We should tell them together.

I flew back to Boralus and Taelia is in the Harbormasters Office, but I can't turn the quest in to her; there's a yellow question mark on the minimap but she has no question mark over her and when I click on her no quest windows open and she just says her one liners.

I've tried logging out and back in. I tried doing Shadowlands quests and coming back. I tried dropping the quest and picking it up again. I have logged a bug, but got a canned email and they closed the ticket.

Has anyone else seen this and been able to fix it? Thanks!

I was having the same issue. The ! Icon was in the Harbour Masters Office but Taelia wasn't.
For me it had nothing to do with the Tol Dagor quest.
For me the fix was accepting a quest from Flynn who is also in the room. As soon as I accepted the quest called "An Explosive Entrance" Flynn ran out of the room and Taelia magically appeared.

We must not let Lord Stormsong finish his work. If he delivers the fleet to Azshara, all of Kul Tiras will be vulnerable. Countless innocents will perish -- or worse. There is no time to wait for more of the Storm's Wake to arrive. We finish this now, for the good of all who call this valley home.
