Buff yourself with a [item=168099] before (or during) the fight. Turn away from Moon Priestess Liara / [npc=152697] and jump repeatedly to maintain distance from the effects of [spell=301773], until the spellcast expires.
Her Mental Collapse seems bugged at the moment, 50% of the time you cannot run out of it no matter what. Also, the quest does not finish if you are dead the moment they are slain.
Run away from Liara's Mental Collapse, which pulls you toward her. Use speed boosting abilities to clear zone to avoid potentially fatal damage.
