[npc=108434] says:
The drogbar are wreaking havoc in Thunder Totem, scattering our drums and chasing off our livestock. These disruptions must be stopped.The cleanup can take the form of any combination of:
- gathering a sparkling drum (on the lower and upper levels). Worth 5%.
- killing a [npc=108198] on the upper level and mousing over the drum it's dropped for 5%.
- finding a [npc=107680] by following one of the paths or bridges that start at the second level of Thunder Totem. Jump on it and ride back to the pen on the upper deck at 54.2, 46.1. (There's a waterfall in the background.) Worth 10%.

Quite possibly the worst WQ. Just had to kill 20 kobolds
You can attack Bluewax Drumtakers that are tagged by the opposite faction (i.e. the mobs are grey to you) and still get the drums to drop for you.
