Easiest flight point for Unstable Portal is The Witchwood.
Destroy four Portal Stabilisers at the lower level then destroy the Unstable Legion Portal in the upper centre

Precise coordinates for TomTom / Paste users are:

/way Highmountain 47.54 32.89 #1 The Witchwood flight point, follow path NE from here
/way Highmountain 47.54 32.89 #2 Follow snowy path into The Haglands
/way Highmountain 48.20 31.75 #3 Head uphill from this point towards bridge
/way Highmountain 48.78 30.09 #4 Cross bridge to find Portal.
/way Highmountain 48.19 28.32 #5 Path down to stabilisers, circle round all four
/way Highmountain 47.60 28.95 #6 Path back up to Portal

EDIT: Be aware that the rare Majestic Elderhorn patrols this area, it drops [item=131900] that is usable in Highmountain only, which gives a 30% mounted speed buff.

One way to get there: Go north from Skyhorn, follow the path. In The Haglands (51.76 34.11) turn left in the path that goes NW. With the mountain on the left, carefully jump down. You will be in Bloodhunt Highlands. At 48.2 31.8 you will see a path going up and into a bridge.

All 4 of the portal stabilizers are in the zone down there, there's a path that goes around so don't cross the bridge yet. The portal stabilizers are the things with the green beam coming into them. For the Unstable Legion Portal, you need to go up, so get back on the path and cross the bridge to the middle.

Where to go
