TheWoWDBIf you're just attempting to get Uruk! for the achievement, you only have to do the two Deadtalker's Plateau dailies.
Once you turn those in, you will either get Uruk!, or the follow-up "boss" that day is Cheng Bo.
There is no need to do the Gai-Cho dailies to find out.

Is there something special you have to do to obtain this quest? I know it's an accept quest, but every time I get the Blackguard dailies it's Cheng-Bo. I even tested the theory that you get the accept quest based on where you are and what you've finished, but every freaking time it's always Cheng-Bo!
Ya, im having the exact same problem. i keep getting cheng bo! quest....never uruk. i got uruk before when i wasnt attempting this ach. but now since i think a week or 2 before 5.2 i havent seen the uruk! quest once in 10 tries for it.
