We Be Needin' Supplies is a Horde-only quest for level 10-40 in Frostfire Ridge. It rewards 675 experience and money.
Commander, our forces are not prepared for frost fightin'. I took da liberty and sent some of our shadow hunters north to establish a supply base.
Ya might want to be headin' up dere and see what they be up to. Look for a hollow between the Crackling Plains and the Savage Crag.

This is an optional breadcrumb which leads to a short chain that awards a follower. It leads to three parallel quests: Poulticide, Lurkers and Frosted Fury. (WANTED: Grondo's Bounty is in the same area, but isn't required.) Next you get The Real Prey, then finally Oath of Shadow Hunter Rala, which awards [follower=180.2].
I can attest that at least some part of the chain beginning with Den of Wolves must be completed before Rokhan will offer this quest to you.
I got as far as completing Back to Bladespire Citadel (2 whole chapters / took about 20-25 minutes) before returning to my Garrison to check and at that point I was able to pick this quest up from him as expected. Prior to beginning the Den of Wolves quest chain (obtained from Farseer Drek'Thar), Rokhan was only offering Garrison Campaign: Darktide Roost.
Hope this helps someone as this is the information I came here looking for.
Rokhan will not give me this quest. What are the prerequisites?
