Wulon, the Granite Sentinel is a quest for level 30-35 in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 6,000 experience and money.
One of the quilen statues in Guo-Lai Halls came to life and nearly killed my precious Kun. I won't have it! No one threatens my Kun.
I want you to go in there and smash the thing to pieces. I'd do it myself, but I need to attend to my lover's wounds first.

If you pick up this quest just after you've gotten revered but before you've done the revered quests, the Guo-Lai Halls will phase and nothing will be there. Once you finish the short chain, you will be phase back into the normal version and Wulon will be waiting.
If you have a phasing issue with that quest, it´s because you have to finish the following quest chain first. Otherwise you are in a different quest phasing. You have to finish this quest chain:
The Secrets of Guo-Lai
Into the Vale
A Witness to History
The Shrine of Seven Stars
The Ruins of Guo-Lai
Out with the Scouts
Barring Entry
Killing the Quilen
Stones of Power
The Guo-Lai Halls
Leaving an Opening
The Secrets of Guo-Lai
Battle Spear of the Thunder King
Battle Helm of the Thunder King
Battle Axe of the Thunder King
The Crumbling Hall
The Mogu's Message
What Comes to Pass
The Might of Three
The Final PowerIf you have finished it, you are out of phase and you can finally finish the quest Wulon, the Granite Sentinel.
There is a small typo in the quest description. Wrong 'their'. :)
