I assume that this is a typo, but maybe I just don't understand what is happening. This is listed as an Alliance World Quest in the BfA pre-patch, but why would an Alliance player on a WQ be trying to slay ten Alliance defenders? Are the players now turning traitor?
I am guessing that this got put on the Alliance side incorrectly, and is intended for the Horde players instead.

Every WQ (World Quest) added in 8.0.1.
They all require level 110 as well as progress on the BfA pre-expansion questline. Otherwise it would be phased out.
The rewards are items 195+ that follows standard rules so it can be Warforged or Titanforged as well as has increased iLvl.
And also, most (if not all) of these quest's titles are reference to Queen's songs.

There are two versions -- one for Horde players and one for Alliance players. The Horde players try to "rescue" the Azerite Kegs and kill Alliance NPCs, while the Alliance players try to destroy the Azerite Kegs and kill Horde NPCs.
