TheWoWDBEvery WQ (World Quest) added in 8.0.1.
They all require level 110 as well as progress on the BfA pre-expansion questline. Otherwise it would be phased out.
The rewards are items 195+ that follows standard rules so it can be Warforged or Titanforged as well as has increased iLvl.
And also, most (if not all) of these quest's titles are reference to Queen's songs.
