So, this is NOT like the other cooking rank world quests... i just finished the quest and then learned the rank 2, looked in my bag and found nothing... very disapointed :(
You DO NOT get the rank 3 in your bag, i guess its autolearned when you meet the requirements for the rank 3 and do the WQ.
