<A very old ring of Nightelf origin. Seems out of place on this island, perhaps Elise Starseeker will know what to make of it>

You must be on any of the follow up quests from Clues Abound for [item=168256] to drop from [npc=152653].
You can only choose one:
A Growing Mystery from [item=168234]
Time for Heroics from [item=168236]
--- Deck 'Em
A Historical Mess from [item=168223]
I really hate how many cryptic things there are in mechagon and you dont find out about them until AFTER you have done the thing to make ones like these become available then have to remember about it next time around.
I accidentally finished Deck Em, but I was still on Time for Heroics and it dropped after about 15 Toxic Lurkers, as long as [npc=152633] is following you, you should be good.
