I really hate how many cryptic things there are in mechagon and you dont find out about them until AFTER you have done the thing to make ones like these become available then have to remember about it next time around.
I accidentally finished Deck Em, but I was still on Time for Heroics and it dropped after about 15 Toxic Lurkers, as long as [npc=152633] is following you, you should be good.
