I found a way to cheese this fight if you are way undergeared. Do as much damage to her as you can and just before you die Blind her. She will stay blind and not regen ANY health allowing you to finish her off even after you die.

1. Closing In
• Accept the quest, Closing In, from Valeera Sanguinar at coords 67.8, 62.8 (Underbelly [Sewers] of [zone=7502]).
• Exit the Underbelly, and travel to Legerdemain Lounge at 49.6, 38.1.
• Go upstairs and fight [npc=105450].
• Turn in the quest to Valeera Sanguinar.
In Legion Remix, if you're having issues, leave heroic tier, she is *much* easier in normal!
