Book Burning

Book Burning is a quest for level 20-40 in Talador. It is step 22 of 24 in the In the Shadows of Auchindoun storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Talador at 34.0, 74.0. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 5,450 experience and money.

Description

Please, <name>... I don't have much time.

The Shadow Council have allowed themselves to be turned into demons by Teron'gor and his warlocks!

I have reason to believe that the shadowborne dementors are using spells given to them by Gul'dan to empower the demonic orcs. Take their spellbooks and cast them into the fire by me... it will be a pleasant sight to die to.

The books only drop off the [npc=79187]s and since the area is a bottleneck, they can be hard to tag. Use a /tar [npc=79187] macro and it will be easier. You'll find them in buildings and out in the open up and down the 2nd level of the demon encampment.

You do not click on the books in your bag. Instead, once you get three click on the fire itself (a little tool icon will appear as your mouse) and you can burn them.

Don't be like me and spam click the books and wonder why my toon isnt doing anything to burn them, despite being next to the large fire.
