Extremely anticlimactic if you ask me.
The cutscene at the end is epic!
But the quest itself? Takes like 5 minutes to do. The projectile is awkward -- its animation feels/looks like it would pierce and be wide (for clearing out the skies especially), but it "explodes" on impact and has a very little radius.
Takes like 5+ circles usually, especially if you're competing with someone else, which is very annoying.
The mobs themselves aren't dense enough and so you rarely get more than 2-3 per shot.
Aiming the projectile itself is annoying. You don't have 360-spherical vision. You don't even have close to that. You have to aim in what feels like a 30-degree cone in front of the bird, and the bird, half of the time, is looking off into the sky where there are nothing but 2-3 crap flying mobs that are spaced out just enough that you have absolutely no hope of hitting more than 1-2 per shot. Half of the time, your shots just go between them.
I've done this zone three times now between my characters. It might honestly be my favorite zone in the entire game -- but this last quest is something I've begun dreading.
To get into this quest chain you've to do at least these quest chains:
I think that is it. I'm not entirely sure if the quest chains are longer though.

What to do
Description
The ravenspeaker acolytes have been equipped with Apexis interfaces, they just need to get close enough. Come, let us take to the skies and secure the Terrace of Dawn. When all is aligned, we shall turn the false suns against one another and the spires shall burn like torches! I look forward to penning your actions into history.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
