At 65.5, 24.4 there's a book on the ground, interact with it to advance the quest.

So I'm standing in front of the book and I am not able to interact with it.... It would be my first quest in EP. The quest is sharable so I don't think that would make a difference. I am level 39 so I meet the level min. Any suggestions?

You have to do most of the chain(s) starting with Fiona's Caravan which starts at the WPL/EPL border to enable this quest. very long chain with mandatory side chains.

Description

Damn that dwarf. He's always getting me in trouble with Fiona. Look at her! She won't even TALK to me! I'm going to stay here and try to mend my friendship with our worgen friend. Would you mind going out and making sure Gidwin is alright? I'm sure he's fine; he knows how to take care of himself. He headed north, and he can't have gone far.
