Personally I've found this rare to be the most difficult to find a good spawn time for, I've searched for weeks, doing ~50 realm hops per day trying to find this rare up on any realm with no luck, never even seen Instructor Tarahna yet...
Has anyone else found her to be glitched? I killed her during my opening up area before i could do wq.. then soon as i got WQ's she was up so attempted to kill her again for quest, not once but 3 more times and never got credit for wq.. :(
