It's Illid... Wait.

This is an easy fight just use Val'kyr; Sahdow Shock, Curse of Doom, Haunt. Finish with any Zandalari Raptors with Black Claw and Hunting Party... Easy fight, only used one of my Raptors.

I used the team a guide suggests for defeating [npc=71942] in The Celestial Tournament. It's a great team that works on a lot of legendaries:

Open with Fel Immolate, then Call Lightning.
Swap to Lil' Bling. Make it Rain and then Inflation.

It's Illid... Wait. is randomly available in Highmountain (43.21, 7.56) and only visible if you've unlocked World Quests. Rewards will vary.

You will fight the level 25 epic humanoid [npc=105841] with attacks [pet-ability=901], [pet-ability=1533], [pet-ability=1535], passive: [pet-ability=1673]. Lil'idan did not bring any backup.

This strat gets a bit "slow and steady" but seems to deal moderate to well with Lil'idan's constant 25% chance to Dodge.
