TheWoWDBSeems to be that Kinduru at the end of the quest, if one chooses to read the optional dialogue, acknowledges if your character is a troll. On my Zandalari he called me a "cousin, child of our faraway kin". I will try to upload screenshot.
EDIT: As of 27th of April 2026 I have leveled both another Zandalari and a Darkspear troll and checked to see if the dialogue was still there. It was missing on both. I assume the most recent patch broke something.

Description
