When I came to this website to check out what I had to do there wasn't any information about where to obtain a stalker or where to get it for the quest. There is an Eye of Domination closeby the questgiver which gives control to the nearby stalker
For people like me who just accepted all 3 quests and then had something else to do =P =)
PS: Why can they make leaps like that and not Heroic Leap for Warriors?

go to 59,73... you will see the skeletal runesmith's working. just use the command " Throw Rock" on one of the umbral brutes and they will automaticly walk over and pick a fight with the nearest skeletal runesmith.
easy!
It is important to note that you can throw the rock 5x at one single Brute almost immediately right after each other and get quest credit for all of them.

What to do
Description
The major difference between vargul and lesser undead minions is that vargul still possess enough of their minds to despise being used for labor. Never will a vargul be pleased to be working aside skeletons or ghouls. Lets take advantage of this inevitable animosity and start some fights between the umbral brutes and the other undead in Malykriss. That should serve to slow production and bring the death knights down to babysit. Should be simple - throw rocks at the brutes as they near lesser undead.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Generosity Abounds
We need to cause some disruption to bring those death knights away from their leaders. If we lay waste to their minions below, I suspect they'll have to devote more attention to keeping a close eye on operations. Abominations are easy prey - slow, predictable, and most importantly, stupid.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Stunning View
Gargoyles make effective scouts and can be deadly if left to rain attacks from the air, but they have a very obvious weakness. Most of them have to go through long periods resting as stone to maintain the energy they need to carry their heavy bodies through the air.
