Quest starts with Warchief Vol'jin at the town hall of your garrison.
You'll need 150 [currency=824] and 150 gold
Head down to the coast at Southwind Shore. There's a new path west of the garrison (near the pet area)
Quest ends with Solag Roark.
If you use immersion you'll have to disable it cause the prompt to use the 150g doesn't show up while it is enabled and you can't turn it in.

Description
Let's put dis "Iron Shipwright" ta work, commander. If we ta take Tanaan from both land an' sea, we gonna need a shipyard. Work wit' Roark an' make it happen! He be surveyin' tha land along tha road west of Frostwall.
