For those of you desperately wondering "Where are the mobs for this Dark Matter?", the answer is "Not near the stone." The mobs whose Dark Matter you steal are called Enslaved Minions. They follow around Void Summoners.
If you're at the stone, and facing north, go to the right and you'll see a flight of stairs. Go up them, you'll find some Summoners and Minions there. Go up the next flight of stairs to find a few more.
I want to be clearly for you guys, the item said you need to kill Void Summoner's pet which is "Enslaved Minion". When the Enslaved Minion died then you use the item "Rod of Siphoning" in your inventory on a dead Enslaved Minion to receive a dark matter. Notice: If you have 2 summoners on you along their pets. Be sure that their pets are seperated when dead. If they are both together and you use "Rod of Siphoning" one of it then another won't work. -Exor

What to do
Description
Alright, friend, time to plant a bug. Relax, it's not a bug exactly, but it'll serve our purposes. In the northern portion of Aldur'thar the cult's void summoners enslave demonic minions. Use this rod to siphon the dark matter from the corpses of these enslaved minions, and then use their summoning crystal to bring our little spy into being. Until it is discovered, the messenger will serve as our eyes and ears, discreetly observing the actions of our enemy.

This should do the trick! Those twisted hooligans are looking for souls to put in their crazy-juice? Then I say we help 'em out a bit! Take a swig of this - don't worry, I've diluted it plenty...

The Cult of the Damned are notorious for concocting grandiose plans that in the end, rarely succeed. But something feels different this time.... Perhaps it's the proximity to the Lich King that has their fervor heightened. Whatever it is, they appear to be more confident than ever.
