The name of the quest is (probably) a reference to an early "Something Positive" strip, although the phrase has become a common feature of Internet discussions, particularly as related to tabletop gaming.

Quest is offered after killing Tortos on the way down to the trash packs. Killing Rocky Horror involved simply out-ranging his "Horrifying Roar" fear and healing through his stalatite throw. Just clear a little extra trash to give yourself room so feared raid members don't pull other mobs.
P.S. We didn't HAVE to but it just seemed appropriate to cast Time-Warp. Again. :D
If you do not see him immediately at the spot shown on the minimap, it is because he pats around. You can wait or go and find him.

Description
Words fail to describe the massive horror of rock, bone, and blood that rumbles mindlessly and aimlessly ahead of you. Massive earthquakes crack the seemingly hollow shell of ground beneath the figure, leaving destruction in its wake. It appears that the creature is unaware of your presence.
Getting there
Inside the raid: Throne of Thunder
When Pandaria separated from Kalimdor many thousands of years ago, a veil of mist kept outsiders from discovering the newly-formed continent. The mists also hid a reminder of an ancient evil: Lei Shen's Throne of Thunder. During his rule, this fortress was the seat of the Thunder King's power.
Bosses in the Adventure Guide, in order: Jin'rokh the Breaker, Horridon, Council of Elders, Tortos, Megaera, Ji-Kun, Durumu the Forgotten, Primordius, Dark Animus, Iron Qon, Twin Empyreans, Lei Shen.
Entrance: Isle of Thunder at 63.8, 32.1.
Instance text, bosses and entrances are the client’s Adventure Guide data.
