In case you forget where to do this quest (as clicking the regular game map in your quest log will not show you), Thaelin's Observocopter is at Redemption Rise (Ally flightpath) in Talador.

I saw on another page that to progress through this quest line you need to only do Maraad's quests - this is not true. An Eye for a Spy won't activate unless you do both Maraad and Yrel's quests.

The orcs themselves are not the only threat. They still have siege weapons of significant power. They've already been used against Tuurem, and we must not allow for their continued operation. Sabotage siege weapons using the explosives you collected from the logging camp.

I've got this prototype shredder operating on most cylinders. Boy, will they be surprised when you stomp them with their own machine! Can't wait to watch you from the safety of the Observicopter.
