Insert the batteries into the cylindrical holes on the console.
Then, titans willing, we will see what it holds.

raise your hand if u killed the mob instead of using the item on it :(
You insert the power cells into a console that is about 10 yards north of [npc=216087], on the same wooden deck. The console is the rectangular box atop the wooden pallet, but it is covered in some leaves, which makes it slightly harder to see.
You can turn off your UI (default `ctrl + z`) and sparkles will start to shoot out of the console.
If you kill him by mistake like I did just drop the quest and pick it up again. doing the console stuff will summon him again right away

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

The titan console is a huge find. And look at these ruins! There has tae be more here! But goin' out into the site is dangerous. Accordin' to Brinthe, now that the titan vault has been unearthed, elementals have come. Elementals dunnae like order magic, an' titan relics just ooze the stuff.

There is... a place behind Dornogal that I cannot go. And I am not the only one. Something--a force, most likely titan in origin--keeps the earthen from investigating a small portion of the island behind the city. This, of course, fires my curiosity.
