Description

I must get back into Suramar.

I was exiled unfairly! I cannot live out here like this. I need the Nightwell's energies...

I saw a message carved into a wall a few days ago. There is someone in the Water Gardens who can smuggle people into the city.

It said "We shall drink of the Well again."

I cannot survive a confrontation with the guards again. Will you go in my stead? Once I am back in the city I can repay you.

For those who tried to follow the "other instructions" on how to get to him. Disregard them as most are WRONG!. He is NOT in the Order of Sanctum, though you can use it to get to him faster if you want. He is actually in the building ACROSS from it on the Grand Promenade. Location is 41.4 60.7 (standing right on top of him) on the main level. The building he is located in does have three entrances, of which his is the left most which is the location I listed above.
A heartfelt thank you goes to Boxofbeer for his video as that is the only way I could find this guy using "other instructions"

    We will need supplies for our trip into Suramar. We cannot exactly stop for refreshments at the gate with you two in tow, can we? The water gardens were a place to socialize and relax. Before the patrols arrived it was rather trivial to hide some mana wine for later retrieval.
