The quest giver disappeared for me after completing this quest. A quick relog fixed it.
The Quest giver can die in one hit during this. If she does/disappears, she respawns about 10 min later. You won't be able to progress in the rest of the story quests until you turn this in, so I suggest doing her 2 quests quickly.

What to do
Description
Destroying the crystals will stop them temporarily, but it will be meaningless if we do not deal with the person controlling the portal itself. I heard their overseer, Ingra, shouting orders for more power so that she could bring the stronger Legion lieutenants through the gate. We must stop her to truly seal the portal for good.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Crystal Clearing
This portal is a problem. With it they can summon countless reserves. The crystals nearby seem to be powering the gate. If we destroy those, we can set them back significantly.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Nullified
The magus in charge of the defenses here is powerful. Perhaps too strong, even for the both of us. Fortunately, the sin'dorei know a thing or two about magic. The mage's barrier is strong, but we are clever.
