Unlike most escort quests, there are multiple goblin miners in the cave. Even if it's crowded, you'll probably be able to find one to escort.

The goblin runs pretty fast so try to keep up. I don't know if its because I was too far behind or if it just bugged but right after we got out of the cave and started running back to K3 he despawned.
By far one of the best escort quests as the escort doesn't move at walking speed. Just escort the goblin outside of the cave and you're done, not to K3.

What to do
Description
Oi - thank you! I thought for sure I'd just be a spider snack. Perhaps I'm speaking a bit soon though - let's get the heck out of here! Let me know as soon as you're ready to go... make it quick.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Only Partly Forgotten
Oi... it's like there's a propeller in my stomach. I think I can walk, but I got something nasty in my system when I got bit by something in the back of the cave. It was bigger than the other spiders... and brightly colored.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Cell Block Tango
The sapper squad is ready. That means it's time for fun! There's only one thing holding us up from our full-scale assault on Garm! I sent a runner to set a teleporter up behind him--successfully I might add--and he returned to get the power cell it needs to function. It isn't working yet...
