Description

<You see a strange blood orb that emanates whispers of suffering and destruction.

These must be the source of energy for whatever corruption Hezrel is hunting. They appear easy enough to destroy.

You can see more of these orbs around the temple grounds. Perhaps destroying them will help to weaken the corruption in the area.>

If you're wondering how to continue the questline because the titan won't give you the quest for "Blood Purification", it is not from him directly.
Thanks to a user on the wow forums, here is how to continue the questline:
"To start the quest look in front of the titan, there should be one guard at the bottom of the stairs on the left, click around the jar behind him [look at the] blood [blob next to the guard] and it should give you the quest" - Accursius <Senseless Violence>
