You have to speak with Kalec as you ready to start, he will take you the the Eye of Eternity, where you have to finish the scenario to get [item=142223]. It has 2 stages:
- Prepare the discs:
Listen to Kalec's instructions, you have to free three great elementals from each part of disc and defeat them. You can purchase items that help you fight from npc's. They get back as you defeated each elemental.- Disperse the elements:
Interact with discs to start fights:
Frost disc: Primal rage of Frost - Spellock icewalls (you cant cast through them and have to walk around), avoid icelances (freeze you on the place) and kill small elementals asap, they hit hard.
Fire disc: Primal rage of Fire - Avoid melee range and charge spell, dont stand in fire and run out of meter storm void zones. Also slay small Scorchlings as they burn the ground.
Arcane disc: Primal rage of Arcane - this is the easiest one, elemental moves slow so you can easy kite it. Avoid arcane void zones. It also splits, but healh keeps shared, so the longer fight is the easily you win.
As you done, get back to class hall and turn in the quest to get your reward.Dispersion of the Discs - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9O7lLI_5ZsE

Quest
Dispersion of the Discs
A World of Warcraft quest in Hall of the Guardian. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.
The highest voted Wowhead comments for this page. They are community notes, not TheWoWDB comments.
Quest line for the class mount starts at [npc=117770] on Broken Shore after completing Breaching the Tomb with a Mage.
- Avocation of Antonidas
- Burning Within Fire part - talk to [npc=90417] in New-Dalaran, then go to the middle of Dalaran and use the teleporter to Karazhan. There you'll find [npc=114667] outside, he sends you downstairs
Chilled to the Core Frost part - use the teleporter to Old-Dalaran in the middle of New-Dalaran (Slow Fall ;-) ), talk to [npc=18165] and kill [npc=121200] (I found him here -> /way 45 27)
Close to Home Arcane part - talk to [npc=96786] in New-Dalaran
Return to your order hall- Dispersion of the Discs - Scenario: defeat fire, frost and arcane elementals. You can buy some food and shield buffs from the vendors in the middle and your cooldowns (even time warp and it's debuff) will be resetted after each fight (you are here)
[spell=241854] will be added to your mount collection automatically after turning in the quest.
When fighting the fire elemental, be sure to spellsteal his buff. It lasts for around 10 seconds and gives 50% spell haste and 100% increased chance to crit. Makes the fire elemental a walk in the park ;)

Description
These discs are radiating with power! It must be their proximity to one another. We must take them from here should they resonate further and cause a catastrophe in these sacred halls. I'll send them to the one place I know where we can reign their energies in, preventing any sort of explosion. I'm speaking of the Eye of Eternity. There we will be able to safely finish what Antonidas was unable to complete. Speak with me again when you're ready to leave.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

The third piece of the disc was infused with Antonidas' own arcane magic. He did this at the height of his power, but like the other two discs, was unable to finish his work on it. He wrote that he gave the piece to Archmage Celindra... Isn't she the portal trainer here in Dalaran?
