Borr-Geth (4)- means you have to kill this rare 4 times to get 100% or in other words Borr-Geth gives you 25%. Blazing Stygia(20) means you have to kill 20 of them to get 100% or in other words this mob gives 5% each. Try thinking first before making baseless allegations.

I do not see a time limit for this daily, but it's a Sunday afternoon, I completed the quest, then I had to stop the game for a bit to cook dinner, and did not turn it in.... When I came back, two hours later, it shows as a fresh undone daily quest and my progress was not saved. Caveat emptor. I have never seen a software company fix something that I've reported... but they're pretty good at talking to me like I'm an idiot.
I think you need to have constructed the Queen's Conservatory in the Heart of the Forest, because that's what the rewards are for.
