TheWoWDBThere are literally TWO Cataloger Coralie's. One up top waiting for the zeppelin to the Dragon Isles and the second is the quest version you need who is directly below herself on the ground standing with Chronicler Laz'kini and Lorewalker Lali. I kept wondering why the quest marker was not exactly where the first one was and found the correct version down below.

Quest is currently (Patch 11.0) NOT completable due to Cataloger Coralie not having the dialogue option available.
Since Prepatch to TWW take the portal next to Ebyssian and then they are almost in front of you. They are now near the tower where you go to the Dragon Isles and no longer in Orgrimmar.

Pleasure to meet you, I am Naleidea Rivergleam. The invitation to visit the Dragon Isles is quite an exciting prospect. Don't you agree? The Reliquary has combined forces with our expeditionary counterparts to help coordinate our efforts. As a member of the Dragonscale Expedition, it is my honor to welcome you. Though first we must gather a few more members for our journey. Shall we begin?
