There are literally TWO Cataloger Coralie's. One up top waiting for the zeppelin to the Dragon Isles and the second is the quest version you need who is directly below herself on the ground standing with Chronicler Laz'kini and Lorewalker Lali. I kept wondering why the quest marker was not exactly where the first one was and found the correct version down below.

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Aspectral InvitationDragon Isles · Level 10-70

Your arrival is well timed, <name>. I have just met with the Horde Council, and they have accepted the Aspects' invitation to the Dragon Isles. The same invitation extends to you, as well. You may also notice some unfamiliar faces here in Orgrimmar.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Dark TalonsDragon Isles · Level 10-70

Naleidea is enthusiastic, but she's a historian, not a soldier. She knows nothing of the dangers we'll face in the Dragon Isles. Not that anyone needs to worry. After all, the Dark Talons will be protecting the expedition. I'm going to discuss mission logistics with Ebyssian and your Horde leaders.
