Hey guys, so apparently this quest chain isn't required for the "Lorerunner of Suramar" achievement in Legion Remix.
I couldn't get it to work so ignored it and did the other quests, and still got the achievement. I just wanted to let people know in case that was the only reason they wanted to get this quest done.
Legion Remix: I had no dialogue options to start the ritual, I used Nostwin's Voucher [item=217930] to get to the Bazar, activated the heroic game mode and went back again using Nostwin's Voucher. It worked.
