If [npc=112696] doesn't appear next to you in Dalaran, make sure you've selected an assault point.
I have this quest in Legion Remix and could not figure out WHERE to go to complete. My character is a Monk and I need to use my Monk spell Zen Pilgramage in order to find the NPC needed to complete.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Fight Begins
The Burning Legion has left a trail of ruin all across the face of Azeroth. We must strike at their bases within the Broken Isles if we are to have any hope of ending this war. I've put together a map of the isles and a list of tasks that we will need to have done there.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Rise, Champions
We are still recovering from the attack at the Peak of Serenity. To help us rebuild the order, we should enlist the greatest champions of our class to fight by our side. I know that the two Stormstouts, Chen and Li Li, would eagerly pledge to join the cause.
