This Quest has been a plague on the Newcomer Chat channel.
Everyday, at least ten New Players post "wave to Gor'Groth", because the Quest Text isn't clear how slash commands work.
It should say "Target Gor'Groth and type /wave" instead of "Type /wave to Gor'Groth".

Try dancing with Gor'groth....
(/dance)
When I got to the final area with "Captain Kelra", I couldn't turn in for some reason. I also stayed an ogre instead of transforming back to my normal form.
I had to abandon the quest and redo it, which then worked.

What to do
Description
We need to get inside Darkmaul Citadel, rescue the captain of the expedition, and stop the ogre behind all of this. Meredy is going to cast an illusion to make you look like an ogre, and you're going to take us all in as "prisoners." I'll be hiding my efforts to suppress the shadow magic in the meantime. Speak with Meredy when you're ready for her to cast the spell. Her illusion spell should be temporary, as long as she casts it in the proper way.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- To Darkmaul Citadel
We've rescued everyone except for the expedition's captain. Lindie's Scout-o-Matic spotted her just outside Darkmaul Citadel. Meredy has come up with an... interesting plan to rescue the captain. It may be our only chance. Come.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Like Ogres to the Slaughter
This is bad, <name>. Captain Kelra is bound by magic, the ogres are preparing to attack our friends, and the ritual is almost complete! I have to stay calm. We can't give up now, right? This may sound risky, but we need to take the fight to the ogres.
