Vicious Viziers (Alliance)

Vicious Viziers is an Alliance-only quest for level 20-40 in Talador. It is step 22 of 25 in the Establishing your Outpost storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Talador at 70.0, 69.5. It rewards 5,450 experience and money.

Description

We can't just skate in, kill Witch Lord Morkurk, and leave.

His three lieutenants - Vorgorsh, Zulmork, and Cromaug - are all fiercely loyal to Morkurk, and are all respectable mages in their own right.

I suspect that if we attempt to engage the Witch Lord immediately that they will rush to his aid and overwhelm us. We need to take out his lieutenants first.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • While We're in the NeighborhoodTalador · Level 20-40

Ogres from the empire are known for being cold and calculating. We are fortunate that their calculations are rarely spot on. Morkurk has been using enchanted bracelets to empower his minions with arcane strength.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Orbs of PowerTalador · Level 20-40

Minor issue, I'm afraid. Morkurk has placed powerful wards throughout Gordal Fortress that will prevent any sort of mass summoning - not wonderful considering our plan.
