As of 8/24/18 quest completion for the quest was reset and it now rewards 250 reputation with the [faction=2159] (Alliance). This change comes after a Q&A on 8/23/18 when a question was asked about the WANTED! quests in Zuldazar/Kul Tiras and reputation rewards.
This isn't a Horde only quest, Alliance can pick it up as well. Did it with 2 people: a frost mage and a holy priest, and didn't even have to bother healing. He melts.
