Step through the portal activated by Calydus near you. 59.12, 69.34
Slay Jagganoth and retrieve the Heart of the Overlord from his corpse. 57.01 36.34
Follow Calydus. Click Heart of the Overlord suspended in the air. 32.38, 25.68 Enjoy a short lore break and wait to be ported.
Turn in to Calydus near you. You will now get quest Power Overwhelming, enabling you to unlock your first artifact trait.
Portal is near Calydus, go through it, find and defeat Jagganoth. Cut out his heath and follow Calydus up to altar, where you'll see the place to place it.

Description
Friend has the artifact! Now Jagganoth does not stand a chance! Quickly, you must go back to Dreadscar Rift! You may still be able to save your friends from Jagganoth's vengeance. If you take the heart of the overlord, his army will be yours to command!
