I suppose I shouldn't have expected a greeting with open arms, but I did not expect to be trapped in here.
The Amani are clever. They must have made a way to escape. We have only to find it. Let's look around.

To the south, fight "Spawn of Shadra" and collect Bonecarapace Fangs.
To the east, go down a little set of stairs and fight "Child of Hir'eek" and collect Bloodvein Clot.
Place the Bonecarapace Fangs into the Vase on the left of the altar.
Place the Bloodvein Clot into the Vase on the right of the altar.
- The door is open. Follow the path.
In the next room, you click on the discs (An image will appear) and match them to their corresponding color of another disc. If you click on the center Disc, you are transformed into a frog for a short period of time. Then turn the quest in and continue your campaign!
Kill [npc=244858] and [npc=244857] to the left of the altar and loot [item=244143], [item=244144].

To complete the puzzle - click the discs on the ground and match two of the same colour in a row until you've matched all 4 colours. Don't click on the middle disc.
It took me longer than I care to admit to figure that out.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Lor'themar has a right to defend this land, but I don't think he's seeing clearly. The presence of Amani is too inciting. This doesn't add up. The trolls are going out of their way to craft Lightbloom weapons--to fight what? It isn't us. They didn't attack Suncrown. They could have, and they didn't.
