Cave entrance is from the west(and a little bit north) of the rare.
Start from the shore and move east. you will see the remains of some huge dinosaurs

Don't be like me and about a dozen other people and stand in the plains on top of the quest marker waiting for him to spawn. He is in a cave underneath you, accessed via the side closest to the coast.
As alliance, King Clickclack does not spawn unless you have unlocked Vol'dun through the war campaign.
Context: Scuffed alt with only nazmir unlocked, no corpses/spawns in a large amount of time on both war mode and otherwise.
