Go to the quest area marked on your map, target an enemy and use your extra action button to call in a Bomber Strike. Be aware that not all enemies are instantly killed by a strike, so be prepared to fight them off yourself.
Also, you don't have to use the extra action button, killing enemies yourself also counts towards quest progress.

Description

The gnomes here report that troggs came down from the north and started attacking everygnome and everything. So now it's our job to fix this situation! And luckily, I have the perfect plan for it. We need to calibrate the bomber's gun, and doing so on the ground is much less risky than up in the air. Give it a go, Commander!
