To get The High Ravenspeaker quest all you need to do is the campaign quest it must be (Story Progress 5/9) so you can get the quest >> here is the starter quest >> The Shadows of Skettis it will take 30 min as lvl 70 to do the camping to 5/9 do it until you get Anzu <Raven God> NPC in the city and it will give you Cult of the Ravenspeakers do it until you get The High Ravenspeaker after you finish it you can visit [npc=88045] so you can buy [item=199203] for the secret pet [item=193373]/way #542 52.0 50.4 Zektar
