After getting level 80 you get pointed to Brann Bronzebeard that gives you [spell=460971] so you can automagically complete the campaing with the actual character and be redirected to Moira to finish the last step for the meta-achievement.
If you are still leveling with the character you did this storyline, wait until 80 to get [spell=460971] and no need to do the campaing again.

Description
Well, we did what we set out tae do... and more. We found Fearbreaker and did some good with it. Now it's time tae bring it back tae Magni. Let's hope Berrund learned a lesson here, but I suspect he'll manage tae get himself in trouble again soon. Hopefully, it'll be fer the right reasons an' with the right support.
