The quests for this chain are started by [npc=63349] with the quest Mazu's Breath. Most of these are underwater quests, and you are given a buff [spell=123709].

Part 1:
Fresh Pots
Kill Sea Monarchs, and use two chunks to bait a trap. Drop rate is 1 - 2 per fish.

You Otter Know
Throw clams to Coldwhisker Otters, mostly swimming near the surface of the ocean.

Meet the Cap'n
Unlocks the quests below.

Old Age and Treachery
Scroll is easy to find, and appears on your minimap as a cog icon.

On the Crab
Click on 8 crab pots.

Shark Week
Kill Longfish Threshers to obtain a jaw. Each jaw contains 20-30 teeth.

Walking Dog
Take the "dog" to three different locations.

Dog Food
Dog has to be present at a kill in order to feed. Not necessarily your own kill.

Part 3
Reeltime Strategy
Tug on the lines either side of the npc until a Leviathan spawns.
