Hi all, just to confirm that the NPC is in the cave in "The Warrens" in the Ringing Deeps. May have a few "scrapers" or "mudslingers" and respawn.

Is this mob bugged? It is not showing up (Server Nemesis)
The level 73 NPC [npc=212993] is not attackable for me. This may be because I've been given the Tackling Torchsnarl, which says "Requires Level 73", even though I'm only level 72.
