Coming from the direction of Thunder Totem (or NNW of the map marker)

Once in the cave jump down from the first bridge you see straight ahead and then
/way Highmountain 52.95 75.52 Uzgarogg the Seer
Next will be finding Gazarogg the Stonespeaker. Exit the area Uzgarogg was in and head left towards
/way Highmountain 50.48 79.98 Gazarogg the Stonespeaker
by crossing this new bridge. He will be in the back of the alcove you see straight ahead
After that just kill the guys in the cave and pick-up the 'Elementium Slats'.
If you do the PvP world quest this is best combined with 'Darkbruul Arena' as that is at the bottom of this cave.

TL:DR Fly to Thunder Totem - Go over the east bridge and up the mountain. Before bridge over water hang a right along the shore. Cross next bridge you find and up up the mountain directly over the bridge (slight right and then hook left). Up... up... NOT THAT FAR UP! Large clearing of snow... cave is there. GL.
The large. very deep cave system is inside a mountain. This quest takes place on a medium-high (but not top) elevation. There are two entrances, shown on the map northwest and southeast of the quest marker:
- The western cave entrance is at 50.4, 71.6, if you're coming from Stonehoof Watch, and you'll go downward a bit to the level the quest is on.
- The eastern cave entrance is at 53.4, 76.0, if you're coming from Thundering Totem, and the quest is done on the level you enter.
In addition to getting 100 [item=134837] from looting mobs and clicking on piles of ore, you have to kill:
- [npc=104244] at 52.8, 76.6.
- [npc=104248] south of Uzgarogg, across a bridge with mobs guarding it, at 50.5,80.0.
